Welcome to Anna - Your Dream Buddy. By accessing or using our AI emotional companion service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Anna, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Eligibility

Our service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or use our service. By using Anna, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Children's Protection

We take the protection of children very seriously:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age
  • If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately
  • Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us immediately
  • Our AI is programmed with content filters to ensure age-appropriate interactions for all users
  • Any user suspected of being under 13 will have their account suspended pending verification

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of Anna, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time:

  • You can delete your account through the Settings menu in the app
  • To delete your account: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
  • Upon deletion, all personal data and conversation history will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Deletion is irreversible - you will lose access to all your data and history
  • Contact support if you need assistance with account deletion

Use of Service

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Content and Conversations

While using Anna, you acknowledge that:

  • The AI responses are generated algorithmically and do not represent human opinions
  • You should not rely on the service for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
  • Our AI is designed to be supportive but cannot replace human relationships or professional help
  • All conversations are processed to improve service quality and ensure safety

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anna and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Anna, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the Service.
